「Older could use some update」

「Staff was friendly, the room was clean, location was great. Overall, a great experience. Would come back」

「The bar outside still closed from last years stay as it was this past weekend :( There was no hair blower in our room 109 but there was one in my sons room, 310. The breakfast area was nice and coffee too. Friendly reception and good welcoming from the desk employees. The place needs more parking area for people coming back from a later diner time around 8:30 pm.」

「Bathrooms were dirty in the corners and walls. Room ac was good but halls and lobby were very hot. Pool had a mildew smell. Check out was 11 am but staff tried to enter a little after 8 am even with a do not disturb sign on the door.」

「The Wells Moody is a convenient, drive-up-to-your-door motor lodge with clean comfortable rooms. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. And the location was convenient. We did not go to the beach but it was only .8 mile from the sand, straight down the adjacent road. Expect a nice -- but basic -- no-frills motor lodge and you won't be disappointed.」

「The AC worked great! The bed and pillows not so great. There was trash in the hallway when we got there and the same trash was still there in the morning when we left.」

「The property is beautiful, very clean and centrally located. Front desk was excellent, very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast could use a little sprucing up, the toaster took forever to toast. Travelers need to know, there are no elevators and the property has MANY steps and ramps which may be a challenge.」

「So initially I was very upset about booking this room. The pictures make it look very nice its a 3 star hotel and they call themselves a resort so I was under the impression there would be some luxury. I got to my room and the flooring was all messed up the bathroom specifically was a wreck. Low ceiling with a decent amount of water damage throughout. The nail in the coffin though was the black mold/mold/water damage underneath the sink. I probably would've never noticed my significant other did...

「Upon arrival the front desk staff was very warm, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Family Apartment. The unit was extremely clean, updated and spacious. We were roughly a half mile from downtown and all the shops which made it extremely nice to be able to walk and not have to take the car. Stage Run By the Sea is definitely a hidden gem.」

「Just some facts: Room rented stated queen bed. It was a standard/double, no larger. Painting above the bed was constantly "clicking " against the wall when the fan was running. We were on the 3rd floor and had to walk up skinny porches to our room. Several doors and windows, on our walk up, were painted black, I assume for privacy. It was very cheap looking. Parking was atrocious. Space was on gravel, behind the building, between old broken lattice boards, old cement pieces, rocks and...
