「Staff was nice」

「The hotel’s location is a real plus — close to the airport and about 15 minutes from downtown. Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by management. At check-in, we were offered two complimentary drinks for myself and my partner. A few days later, we were told the offer only applied between 5:00–6:30 PM and were asked to pay instead — a restriction never mentioned at check-in or noted on the card we received. 「This was such a nice property! It is located in a quiet area of town and was just so peaceful to be able to walk across the road to the water or sit in any of the provided chairs at the front of the property to enjoy the sights and sounds of the water. The staff were super friendly and helpful to give recommendations for food and activities.」

「We checked in late at night and found that both windows were open. All rooms are on the first floor. We tried closing and locking the windows but were unable to. I called the front desk and informed them that windows were open and don’t lock.
