Definitely needed to have curtains pulled at all times for privacy as people were sitting in their rooms straight out our window. 「The staff was very helpful. They scanned a document for me, which wasn't part of their usual services. The lobby is very light and airy; a pleasure to be there and work or socialize. And SO CLOSE to the airport!」

「The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.」
