「Great place to stay for a getaway. Breakfast is outstanding, hostess and her husband prepare fresh ingredients with three tasty courses. Rooms are well decorated, clean, bright and comfortable. We stayed there in 2001 and again in 2025. Our favorite in Kennebunk Port. 」

「Room was very clean. It was off season so we were not in the main hotel. We were put in the Coveside. No view of the ocean at all. No instructions for the coffee pot, Nespresso, ended up with water all over the counter. Vague instruction for the TV, couldn't get live sports games.」

「I’ve booked a king size and get queen size. Why I am being charged for kings while I had a queen size? The staff was rude and she gives us the explanations of her dog is dying. We made the best of it but the staff told us that she will rectify this on Monday but today is Tuesday. I am being charged and getting something else. 」

「My husband and I (and our dog) had a lovely three night stay. The hosts Amelia and Ron were so welcoming, and made us delicious breakfasts. They filled us in on the history of the Inn and the neighboring area. Our room was comfortable and cozy, and we enjoyed the hot cocoa and soft drinks that were always available. Just the post-Christmas getaway we needed. 」

「Off season stay not worth the $ Ideally great location and Inn set up would perhaps be nice during peak season. Erica was pleasant on phone but zero staff inhouse--Inn completely empty on our stay. Advertising either via Expedia or Inn itself inaccurate--no breakfast despite repeated welcome texts saying different. Unable to use fireplace in suite as lighting of unit faulty and to be honest, didn't seem safe. Was told it was "an older unit" when we spoke with owner. Ran into a big...
