We lived it here in this family run lodge, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, great free breakfast provided, swimming pool and fire pit with wood and chairs all ready for you…… and to top it off - the Northern Lights made a show!! 「I had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless. The breakfasts were delicious! My room was quite comfortable. I loved the soaking tub! The bed and breakfast is about 1/2 a mile from the downtown area. I liked that it was located somewhere quiet. The property is for sale. I hope its new owners retain the current staff, who are great!!!」

「I loved my stay here! Booked last minute for Memorial Day weekend with a friend and was in a beautiful location just a short bike ride or drive from downtown Kennebunkport. Our room was beautiful looking over water and was very clean upon arrival. Staff was very friendly! The only negatives I experienced were that there was minimal staff attendance in the building. There was never anyone at the front desk, you had to go across the street if you needed anything to the other hotel they own. This...

「The property needs an electric upgrade. There are no outlets and the ones they have 4 plugs are connected into them. Could use a better TV and elongated toilet seat in the bathroom. Fiberglass in the tub was chipped off.」

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating— especially when it came to navigating parking in the busy lot! Only one small comment: the air conditioner in room 3 sounds like a jet engine, but it did keep the room nice and cold!!」
