"Jacuzzi and pool were great. Ladies at desk during check in were very friendly and delightful. They proved excellent choices on where to eat, shop and must see local tours. 5 star customer service! The hotel sits somewhat close to I70 and the back lot is dirt with a construction like feel to it. Takes away from the beautiful look of the lake and mountain. With that being said we would definitely still recommend this hotel to others and stay there again"

"The room was very nice and clean. The staff was was both helpful and friendly! The only thing that I could say could be improved is that there could be more lighting in the room. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay!"
