"We were definitely impressed with the hotel and the atmosphere. We had some initial apprehension to staying in the French quarter due to reports of homeless people all around. Honestly, they really weren’t bothersome. They are hungry- they ask and if told no, they walk away. So I supported a few local people with a snack or heck a drink. They are people. "We arrived late, and the staff was ready for us and was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Parking is spendy but very convenient since it is right on site easy to access for guests, and monitored. "

"Me and my friend stayed here for the weekend. The staff was insanely kind and helpful! It rained while we were in New Orleans and our room did start leaking from the ceiling. We used towels and were offered a new room. That would be the only reason I wouldn't get it 5 stars. The hotel can not control the weather but I would say they can update the rooms to not leak. Thanks! Would stay again! "

"For the price range, this hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly, the room was clean and we were offered room service everyday. We got a water jug from the supermarket, but unlimited complimentary water is available (it’s a nice-to-have especially when you’re travelling alone or in town for a short stay). The courtyard is charming, the pool wasn’t clean enough to take a dip, it wasn’t something we were really hoping to do anyway so didn’t mind. The location is a big plus point, almost...
