"We were very disappointed at our first day at a Marriott residence. The restaurant bar was minimally stocked. In the room, we were missing towels, and pillows and it took two phone calls to remedy of the situation. The power outlets for charging your phone did not work, and there was a beep beep beep noise in the room the entire time like a truck backing up coming from the events in the ceiling, making sleep difficult. Manager was left a message and didn’t bother to call me back. Will not stay at another Marriott residence Inn. "

"We stayed at this property for 1 night before a cruise, and other than the Bass Pro Shop and the Islamorada Fish Company restaurant, there was nothing to do within walking distance. The restaurant did have good food. The hotel common areas and room were dated and worn but clean. It is close to the cruiseport, so if you’re looking for just a place to rest your head for the night, this is fine. But it’s just ok otherwise. "
