"I arrived after check"

"Airport shuttle from FLL to hotel was easy to find but busy (we didn't mind as it was free). Check in went smoothly. Room was clean but floors needed replacing in our particular room. There was one sports bar nearby but crowded due to many travellers that weekend. The little food truck nearby hit the spot - highly recommend! A private company provides a shuttle to the cruise ships. Very organized but put your name in the night before if possible at the front desk. They were able to take us last minute on the day of our departure but next time will do sooner. Best $15 to use this professional shuttle. Ubers were super expensive due to traffic and demand. Can't complain about anything. It was a good quick stop for an overnight stay. Breakfast was as expected and sufficient."

"We booked when our flights home were canceled unexpectedly. This hotel offers a hot breakfast which it was nice to see:eggs, meat, and potatoes covered and separate tongs for each. Our son has celiac and was able to eat without issue. They had gluten free bread on request. yogurt and fresh fruit. There was oatmeal, 2 hot waffle iron for preparing your own waffles. Also cold cereal, milk dispenser juice and coffee. Alton, at the front desk in the mornings, was very kind. He offered us a late check out when we had 2 hours before heading to the airport with the shuttle. Currently, the hotel does offer shuttles to the airport free of charge. They go once an hour. I did see posting of shuttle to the cruise ports (Everglades and Miami). They do cost per person, only at certain times. Port Everglades was $12 per person/cash. Miami was substantially more. And you had to pay 4% more if paying with a card. We had a 2 queen bed room. It did include a mini fridge and a microwave. Our fridge had a huge chunk of ice on the back was wasn't getting things very cold. The beds were nicely made, but very hard and noisy. My neck and back are still sore. The maid service did come in to the room on day 2 and give us fresh towels and make our beds. We haven't seen this in a hotel since before Covid in 2020. So it caught us off guard when we returned from getting lunch. The water pressure in the shower was less than we like. But we we happy to have a room to stay in unexpectedly."

"We usually like to stay here it's very peaceful it's quiet it's clean it's in a great location but unfortunately there was a couple of guests here that were very disruptive and it was loud obnoxious and it's drinking you couldn't go in the kitchen people are sleeping outside of the rooms it was terrible"

"The rooms were okay, but the bathrooms (we had reserved three rooms) were pretty awful. The bathtub lining was peeling off, the tub faucet was literally falling out of the wall and the shower leaked. An update is way overdue! We appreciated the shuttle and the breakfast was ample though rather chaotic."

"Only one staff working the front desk who was completely overwhelmed. She was remarkably professional and courteous despite the desk being understaffed. Found a lipstick / makeup stain on the duvet cover. Need to do a better job of housekeeping rooms. All staff that we met were incredibly friendly."

"The fire alarm went off randomly at 0530 in the morning!! It was clean and fine other than that huge inconvenience."
