"It was good for the night before our cruise. The staff was very kind and helpful. The shuttle from the airport and to the port were quick and effortless. I would definitely stay again but would request a room away from the elevator. People were up and down it all through the night. "

"Needs updating. The room I had did not have a working heater, took 3 calls to get a portable heater. All outlets in the room are worn and did not work. Windows looking out to the beautiful beach was covered in greasey handprints. Drapes were filthy. Spending $1660 for 4 days was a disaster. No one at front desk ever answer the phones. "

"The airport shuttle to the hotel took over an hour and a few calls to finally get it. The hotel was nice but when you have to stand around for ages after a flight, it was exhausting. "
