"Beautiful room on 8th floor. Friendly staff. Restaurant open times and food quality are lacking, however. Fortunately there is an excellent seafood restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Shuttle to cruise ship seemed expensive. Complimentary shuttle to airport was great, though."

"When we arrived at the hotel room there were black ants all over floor near the door. And also a dirty rolled towel on the floor inside the front door, as if it serves to cover the gap of the bottom door. It looks like the room was not cleaned before we get inside our room. The sink has some kind of brownish spit-stain and a used towel beside the sink. Muy teenager daughter also noticed the lipstick stain in the curtain, literally lip-shaped stain. Lastly, my daughter noticed that there was a some-kind of finger nail on the bed, she felt something was poking her, and it was that piece of toe or finger-nails. I did slept with an additional cover on the bed because it was pretty obvious that the entire room hasn't been clean before we checked in. And I wasn't sure if they did change all the beddings from the previous guests they had prior to us."

"Very clean property, friendly staff, really good buffet breakfast, and close proximity to the airport. In addition it was a good location to pick up little things you may need from.the shopping center that is a few minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff are exceptional especially the gentleman working overnight last night. They had our room ready early and stored our baggage after our cruise yesterday. The person who deserves March 17 into the morning on March 18. My friend found out at 3am her dad had passed away unexpectedly. The gentleman’s working the front desk was overnight was soo accommodating. He made my whole travel party tea and coffee and extended our checkout the next day. I wish I knew his name to mention but in the upset didn’t catch it. Hope his manager sees this review as he deserves recognition for how wonderful he was. "

"This was an older hotel but still nice. I like the size of the bathrooms. I guess the only negative I would have to say is that the outlets don't hold any kind of plug and so with all the devices everybody has these days it was hard to find plugs that would actually charge different items. The accessibility for our overage in devices is definitely out of date. The staff was beyond a 5/5 in kindness!"

"Very busy hotel. Check-in process was chaotic and we waited in restaurant for a long time. The lady at the front desk said she would call us when it was ready and did not. I went down to find a massive line. Our room was ready. They say cruise shuttle for a fee, but all they do is give you a phone number to an external company and you arrange it yourself so I don’t believe they should list this as a service they provide. The hotel shuttle from the airport you must call the hotel after you have your luggage. Rooms were decent but a little worn in the bathroom."
