"Terrible. Don’t stay there "

"Our room was very comfortable, the view was excellent off the balcony of the beach and ocean. our floors icemaker did not work for the duration of our stay five days, not even a sign out of order. Our batteries became low in our thermostat so I went to the front desk to pick up some batteries and they told me somebody would bring them up , two days later no batteries. Another odd thing was our room Telephone did not work however after three days, it suddenly worked again not sure if it was a line thing or the phone itself. Overall, the stay was nice. The pool area was nice, both pools. "

"Im not sure on a fireplace. I would get to the place late at night and leave early morning. The place is a home with 9 bedrooms that are 8x8 in size and has a full size bed, a chair and a small table. My 8x8 bedroom was advertised as deluxe double room. The place has 2 bathroom to be shared by all guest that occupy the bedrooms. There is a full size kitchen for sharing by all and a sofa in the livingroom area to be shared by all. The house looks and smells clean, the bathroom was clean, and our room was clean. The person handling the bookings said to me that parking is $12. Per day. The ad should mention that bathroom, kitchen and liverroom is to be shared. The ad states that they do daily cleaning. I believe it wasnt done while we were there 3 days cause the garbage can in bathroom was full all the time. The walls are thin and some people woke up earlier than me and they were loud. Its not a bad stay, but i wish i knew about the sharing. This"

"Airport Shuttle and driver excellent. Staff not very friendly and several difficult to understand. Request for a wake up call however never got the wake up call. "

"Very nice, clean room. The staff, especially front desk representative, Jeffery were extremely nice. Jeffery even helped me with a rental car situation I had. He wrote all the information down on a piece of paper. Thank you for going the extra mile. The hotel is really nice and convienently located. Highly recommend. "
