「Perfect & convenient accommodations for my week stay. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable. My grandkids loved the pool. Good shower, nice towels, bed was comfortable, pillows were thin but tolerable. No hair dryer on site. Check in was easy. Area was safe and close to shopping and lots of great dining options. Great value for the cost. 」

「Staff was very friendly (especially Vesna). They not only helped us with the hotel services, but also guided us about local siteseeing, dinning, and shopping places. We were able to drop our bags early in the day and go out for lunch and completed checkin thereafter. Room was spacious, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was well maintained. It did become a little busy during breakfast and we had to wait to get a table but I think the rush was due to the peak holiday season (Christmas week)....

「This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.」

「The location is excellent, right on the canal and very close to everything. We liked the amenities, we had everything needed for our stay. Staff (Jason) was very friendly and responsive, checking often if we needed anything to make our stay comfortable. We definitely would like to stay again at this property.」
