"Good location"

"Everything was perfect until check out. It appears that this hotel charges an extra daily fee to park your 1 car in their hotel parking Lot. I didn't find out until check out. $10.00 per day to park your car in their lot plus tax. When I checked in, they said I didn't owe anything because I paid for everything from Expedia. I did have to leave a $100.00 deposit for the room. That I expected. They said I would get it back after they inspect the room and all is good. I go to check out 3 days later and the front desk gives me a receipt for parking. Meaning they will take it out off my deposit. Which means the listed price should have been 10 dollars more. I had a heated discussion before I left. I also called when I got home. I don't blame Expedia for this. It's the hotel. Just be aware of this ahead of booking. No they didn't give me my money back."

"It is located in a busy area; therefore, traffic was very noisy. One of their elevators was not in service. On a positive note, there are many restaurants within walking distance. Convenient to airport, free shuttle to airport."

"Front desk lady was consistently rude. You couldn’t understand what she was saying and she would just get mad. It’s unfortunate because all the other staff was very nice. "

"We will contact Hotels.com. Promised transportation to the Cruise Port was not honored. We booked this property because of this benefit; confirmed the benefit at check-in and were given a contact number to call. When we arrived at the port, driver asked us to pay. We called the property and were told it was an error on the front desk clerk's part, but they refused to make it right. We paid in order to make our cruise departure time."

"The beds are elevated, so if you are short or need assistance, this is not the place for you. I am 5' 3" and it was difficult to climb into the bed. Seriously folks, it was a challenge! We will not go back for that reason. "
