Close to the airport. Early check in is 40$USD. Not close to any restaurants except a road stop and a resto bar that only opens for dinner. Airport transfer is only til 12am and then at 5am so needed to pay additionally for a cab. Staff were kind but no extras for sure here. Good stop before a flight.

The room was rundown. The shuttle service from the airport and to the cruise port was wonderful. I am still bothered because we were told when we checked in at 830 at night through the virtual check-in that breakfast was 630-930. I asked the guy three times because I couldn't hear him due to the sound from the band. When we went to get food before our shuttle arrived, we were told that breakfast ended at 9 am due to a Gun Show. I brought up that we were told that breakfast ended at 930 by their employee, and the guy just said they put up papers in the office earlier announcing this. They let us into the breakfast area to get some cereal (no milk). They said there was nothing they could do. We had to doordash our breakfast due to their mistake. My wife also ordered a bottle of wine. The guy said he needed to scan it again, and she said it already went through. He said that it didn't, and she had to scan it again. My wife said he was on his phone and not paying attention. We noticed on our credit card bill that we were double-charged for the bottle. In long, we had some issues that I am assuming are just random. This is a great place to stop to go to a cruise, but it is certainly not a nice hotel.

The room was very clean, but with a strange air freshener smell. Great TV. Staff were just ok, like they didn't wanna be bothered. The pool was very nice. Strong odor of weed the whole 2 days we were there. Weed smell outside and seeping into our room. Breakfast was ok, didn't like the paper plates. Food was good and plenty of it. No comforter on the beds, which was odd. Overall not a bad stay for the money. But the staff were very unwelcoming like we were interrupting them. When we checked in, nobody else was checking in but us and the lady behind the glass sent us to the silly machine to check in virtually. Laziness would be my guess as to why. Went into the little snack shop and the lady working in there couldn't pull her face out of her phone long enough to answer a question. I don't think we will be back. BTW we are local and just wanted to get out of the house for a few days. We do this often to see our neighborhood in different ways. We will be crossing this hotel off our return list.

I would actually give a zero for the service if that was an option. There were some complications with registration. One of our party was eventually allowed into the room. Then, just after he had fallen asleep, a clerk went to his room and told him he had to leave. They did eventually decide to let him stay after another e-mail they let him stay, but the damage was done. They were so focused on some perceived rule that they lost sight of the person.

We booked this hotel last minute after our 10 PM flight was canceled and we had no way to rebook that night. I called for the hotels shuttle service to pick us up. After waiting over an hour at the airport, we decided to take a taxi. Upon arrival, the lobby had an overwhelming fragrance. Despite three staff members being at the desk, we were directed to check in using a virtual kiosk with a remote agent. Between poor audio and loud music from the connected bar/lounge, it was difficult to understand the agent. When we got to the room, my daughter pulled back the covers and immediately noticed black specks and what appeared to be dead bugs in the bed. There was also visible dirt and sand on the sheets and blanket. The floor had noticeable dust and dirt in several spots as well. Because of the condition of the bed and overall cleanliness concerns, we chose not to stay and returned to the airport to wait overnight. When I requested a refund, staff declined because we had been in the room for about an hour. This was only because we knew we'd be up all night and needed to charge our phones. Rather than argue while already exhausted from travel delays, I chose to leave and dispute the charge through my credit card.

Great spot for night before cruise. Nice little shop for last minute cruise necessities like sunblock and wine. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Convenient shuttle to port included.

Breakfast was good. Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. The property is very aged. To me it was very expensive for the age and condition of property. Check in was very crowded and only a 2 person staff so a wait time even though we used the AI machine.

Stayed 1 night pre cruise. Both the room and bathroom were large and clean. The motel is old and shows it's age but for a 1 night stay it was great..would stay here again! Complimentary hot breakfast was good with options for everyone. Staff and shuttle driver very friendly. The shuttle to the cruise port was Complimentary. Didn’t use the gym so can't comment on it.

Room was clean and basic, which was great for a quick overnight stay. The chair in the room needed to go straight to a dumpster though. Easy to find room, cold ac which worked well. Easy check out and shuttle to cruise port. Cannot comment on breakfast as we skipped this
