「My kids and I left with bed bug bites, our room did not cool off..... the hotel reaked of marijuana. The first night the receptionist had a friend or someone there with her rolling joints on the lobby. The 2 this morning were outside smoking and on their cell phone complaining about another employee that worked at the hotel cursing left and right in front of my children. We will not be back」

「We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.」

「Great location for if you’re planning to explore the Union Station area, WWI memorial, and the Money Museum. Room with a king bed and a pull-out bed is $10 more than a room with two queens. Breakfast is very basic, like everywhere.」

「I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best」

「Our family stayed two nights here. The entire hotel set up is horrible. No elevators either. It's a maze to get around anywhere. Pool was fine but needed some TLC. Breakfast was better than most. The laundry facilities were all broken down. Rooms were just ok. If you stay here. Ask for a first floor close to the front desk or else you will end up the furthest away and have to walk quite a bit to get to the lobby breakfast or the pool. They lock the room where the tables and chairs are so you...

「We stayed here for 3 nights in July and we loved it! We often travel this route to see family so we will definitely stay at this location again. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. It's in a great location too, near the highways and dining options are plentiful within a mile. The property is very well maintained and the staff was friendly. Best of all, we slept soundly because it was nice and quiet. We were very pleased with this property and had no complaints. Highly...
