「My stay at Silver Heart was truly magical. The property is stunning and full of character, and everything was sparkling clean. I could not have felt any more welcomed and will absolutely stay there again if and when I'm in Kansas City area next time. 」

「This I can describe as a place or a lot of people stay long-term and hang out outside their rooms or in the parking lot. The dumpster was overflowing garbage everywhere. There’s no ice machine. There was no remote for the TV in the office closes at 10 PM so there was nobody that could help to bring a TV remote. Also there was two of us in the room and there was one towel one wash rag and a filthy bathmat no hand towels the bedding was like sheets and very uncomfortable bad I would not recommend...

「The rooms were very clean & nice. We had a problem with the toilet. It would not flush so we had to use lobby bathroom. The staff was very nice.」

「Even though I had prepaid via expedia , I was charged an additional $10 in cash as a penalty for using expedia. Expedia said it was an error on their part for not listing that as part of the amount? They should have refunded. Room was nice but short on pillows, blankets and toilet paper.」

「The property needs to be renovated, very out dated. Plumbing work is needed, Staff is very nice but can only use the resources they have to make a pleasant stay for their guest. 」

「The tub and sink were clogged up with hair and other stuff , the water in the tub was draining slowly, when I was taking a shower, and when i was brushing my teeth the water was not draining, it was nasty .」

「It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.」

「The pool was pretty nice. The Personnel is the problem. Do not have a clean culture, nor a service culture, no towels in the pool area, the Hotel was dirty in the open areas, hallways. Our room had a pretty bad mattress and no response to change it. We stayed 3 nights and no resolution. The Hotel Asset is pretty good, but the staff in front desk... always in their phones,and hanging around...」

「If you are desperate and need a room for the night then this could be the place for you. The hotel is very dirty. You can see the filth in the shower, toilet seat. I had to got to the store and clean my room. The tv remote head sticky. Who knows when or if the bed sheets were changed. I had to use my sweater for a pillow. They serve breakfast but I didn’t eat it. 」

「We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.」

「The hotel was in a convenient location to downtown. They were in the midst of renovations, but did a great job of protecting guests from that. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but it was unique to have a bagel bar (if I’m remembering correctly).」
