We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.

We needed a place to stay but werent far from trying somewhere else. Pros: quiet, ac kept us cool. Cons: they are admiate about no smoking of any type however walking into the lobby it smelt like marijana and throughout the hallways. The room was not well cleaned; stains on the bedding, dirty shower curtain, they reused the toilet paper from the guest before us, and only one outlet working on the bedside table and a broken ice maker. We did not get to experience the breakfast but based off the cleanliness of the room and the rest of the building we decided to pass. Overall not the most ideal stay but could have been worse.

My opinion is that this is a hotel with great bones. It is structurally really cool, and it is in a great location for walking to Royals or Chiefs games. The staff were very friendly. But, my room was not clean. Stains on the furniture, hair on my pillow. The TV didnt really work well. Overall, I feel like this is a great building being run by management that is cutting corners. They could do better.
