「Overall the hotel and services are top notch. Museum, restaurant, amenities, and our room was excellent. The one issue that kept this review from achieving a better score was the 'drag race and tire burn out contest' at one in the morning midnight Saturday June 1 to early morning June 2 Sunday. For the hotel being located in the semi-exclusive "Library District" the hooliganism allowed by the city at that hour is ridiculous. 「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」

「Overall speaking, this hotel is good. The worst part was the 2 breakfast boxes we purchased. We found the cheese & egg sandwiches were moldy terribly until we almost finished them. That was really GROSS! But the airport shuttle bus service was AWESOME. 」

「We love everything about this hotel. The decor, staff, restaurants and bars are fabulous. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view of Kansas City. Many restaurants are within walking distance and there are beautiful places to walk nearby.」
