「Our host was personable and the hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast was a treat.」

「We had a wonderful time celebrating our 22 year anniversary. The place was in a great location. We were able to walk downtown and explore.」

「It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. 」

「Great hotel. Very cool decor and very friendly staff!」

「Yes」

「We stayed in the Victorian Room. It was spotlessly clean. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, shower robes. Staff was great. They were right there when we needed them. Make sure to look at the paintings by Luke. Special note: Breakfast was above and beyond.」

「Staff was so nice and helpful. Room is spacious. The only downside is that the bathroom is kinda dark.」

「Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk.」

「good」

「Nice location but other things pretty disappointing, Our room, the bed was located right by the door. Noise was right there so it felt like I was laying out in the hallway. There was a wedding and reception which was going to be noisy (understandable) but 11 pm kids running up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors. I called the place from my cell phone and asked if that was part of the experience I was supposed to have. No apology from him. I did not call angry, I was very polite....

「Clean place, close to a ton of stuff to do. Nice rooms.」
