"Absolutely adorable place and we can’t wait to be back!"

"Not at all how it was pictured. We checked in and within 5 minutes checked out and had a different place booked. Walking down to our unit there was trash and a bag of what appeared to be half eaten chicken wings and bones right in front of our door. When we walked in we had to struggle to get the door to latch shut and lock. There were holes and stains on the walls and side tables, the bathroom light barely flickered on and the side tables had cigarette burn marks. The place is pictured to be decently cleaned but when we pulled up it looked like it hadn’t received a repaint since it was built. The guy at check in wouldn’t give us a refund and saw absolutely nothing wrong with the unit so we had to go through Expedia. Thankfully the person helping us was awesome and we were able to get most back as well as a credit to our account. Save yourselves the headache "

"Black mold in vents, neighbors were extremely loud past midnight, parking lot felt unsafe, staff wasn’t present for check out. I wouldn’t stay here again. The breakfast was the only good thing."

"Had some issues checking in. Renovations helped but still pretty average. Breakfast was fine."

"The area is fairly desolate and far from downtown KC. The hotel is pretty and quiet and they said they were sold out. The rooms are nice and bargain priced. The casino restaurants all close very early, 8 pm. The website hours are wrong. There is also no valet or covered parking. No room service."

"A high quality hotel With the room spotless and spacious Could Walk to Royals game 5-10 mins -huge Breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever seen and an on site chef who makes specials everyday A variety of all foods for all On site restaurant - didn’t make it to but very convenient Staff Very Helpful Outside look deceiving as could use some paint or fixing"
