「Beautiful and historic building with excellent rooms. The art galleries in the hotel were a fun to tour even if not all the art was to my taste. The Savoy restaurant in the hotel served me one of the best steaks and cocktails I have ever had, but it was appropriately very expensive. I would recommend the hotel and restaurant to everyone, and although you should expect to pay a pretty penny, I believe the experience and food is worth it at least to try once. 「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」

「My wife and I had our grandson with us and the room was very comfortable. Especially liked the beds. Hotel was very quiet and we were able to sleep in without being disturbed. The downsides: Bathroom sink was clogged. That can happen and hotel fixed it quickly except that it was still slow. Better and we could use it but not good. They were having problems with self parking and we ended up paying twice since our cards would not work. The hotel was good about fixing that on our bill but...
