「Was an okay place to stay. The property was comfortable but it various maintenance issues where found in our room during the stay along with some cleanliness issues. There were some bugs that were found in the room, not bed bugs but beetles and what not. When we first arrived we also noticed a couple in the lobby with the gentleman seemingly being passing out on the floor. Not our business but no one seemed to be doing much about it. For the maintenance issues, The air conditioner worked but...

「My stay at Silver Heart was truly magical. The property is stunning and full of character, and everything was sparkling clean. I could not have felt any more welcomed and will absolutely stay there again if and when I'm in Kansas City area next time. 」

「The hotel was in a convenient location to downtown. They were in the midst of renovations, but did a great job of protecting guests from that. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but it was unique to have a bagel bar (if I’m remembering correctly).」
