「Our stay was great. We would stay again. Everything was clean. Beds were good. Hot showers! The only issue we had was with the pull out bed/couch in the room. My son said it was the worst he slept on, so don't know if it just needs to be replaced or maybe add anther layer for the bed in the room. 」

「We wanted to say that we were very impressed with the front desk person who checked us in on Sunday 7/6/25. We had a minor pb with our room and she was very accommodating. Transportation to the airport was also provided. Very impressed with Sonesta and in particular this location and personnel 」

「Great addition to KC. Only complaint is they had two bartenders outside at the pool bar on the second Saturday open. They couldn’t keep up and honestly one of them wasn’t the friendliest. Other than that part everyone else was exceptional. Very clean and lots to do. Loved the gift shop! 」

「Stayed here for a family trip to KC and it did not disappoint! Hotel grounds were beautiful, lots to do within 5-10 minutes of the hotel and was very clean! We will be coming back there to stay! 」
