Most of the staff was friendly, Jackie at the breakfast area was a little on the harsh side. Only complaint was we only had lukewarm water in the shower, we reported it to the front desk.

Great waffle bar at breakfast. Allowed us to check in early, which was super helpful! Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for Kansas City visitors willing to drive about 20 minutes into the city. The drive was easy and absolutely worth it for the great stay!

Every time we opened our door a clean smell greeted us. The only slight was the TV signal was sketchy at first due to the windy conditions. Some how they straightened it out tho. Beds were comfortable-maybe a bit hard, but we are used to sleeping on memory foam toppers at home. Quiet clean hotel with great amenities.

This has been by far the best hotel stay i have ever had. There were plenty of electrical outlets in the room, the rooms were clean and spacious, good breakfast, but what stood out the most wasthe hospitality of the staff. Everyone i encountered was extremely nice and friendly. If i come vack to this area i will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay

Easy check in, very comfortable beds and clean room. Hampton’s beds are always the best. Only issue was that we were supposed to get a king bed, not two queens, but it was fine. Wish breakfast was open just a little later.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The pool was clean and open. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. I highly recommend! The area around the hotel was pretty barren as far as things to do and places to eat, but they are building, so soon to come.
