「The absolute WORST casino I’ve ever stayed at! They have the rudest staff, especially Deb, Brook & Joyce at the front desk. Stay away from this hotel.」

「The staff tried to rip me off, with a early check in (it was 12.30PM) of $ 30.00 .... I did not pay it, however the guy told the there was not manager on site (the weekend the city host the World Cup match) and after I left and came back he let me in. The first room he gave me wasn't clean, the second one had the bathroom roof collapsed and the third one was DIRTY, (the bathtub, the sink, the shower curtain ) the hallways where smelly and dirty, obviously he gave us the worst room he...

「It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. 」

「Very helpful communication with Natasha regarding our arrival time and progress during our road trip, and very welcoming when we arrived after a long day of driving. Outstanding spotless and clean room! Delicious breakfast served at 9 o'clock, and a very accommodating and nourishing "to-go" breakfasts prepared for us on the road as we had over 550 miles to drive the following day, Woodstock is a definite stay if we pass through in the future!」
