Went to check in and they said there was a problem with the payment but i had already paid so i had to get into contact with Expedia which took like 20 mins of being on hold. Then when that was finally resolved and I got my key, we went to find the room. We got to the room and the door was ajar, i walked in and the room was not cleaned. I immediately contacted the staff and had to get a new room.. the lights are automatic so you walk by and they turn on. Which is terrible if someone is trying to sleep. The bed was not comfortable. The AC/HEATER unit was nasty. Like people spill stuff and it didnt ever get cleaned properly. They looked like they were renovating. So i hope it is better for someone else in the future.

I came here for what anyone else comes for. Privacy and somewhere to lay my head. While here a mistake was made and maintenance came in while my partner and i were having sex. I felt swept under the rug when i called and went up to the office. Still now almost a week later hardly anything has been done. I was being pushed un email to become a memer so they can give me points. I don't want points, I want my money back. The unspoken agreement between hotel and guest was breeched and ny privacy was violeted.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. Sheets were dirty, had to go to front desk to get new ones. The thin comforter were stained and had holes. No shower head. Mirror dirty, sink falling apart. Floors were filthy, made our feet black. Towel rod broke. Two towels. Mattress was disgusting. The light kept coming on in the middle of the night. The bathroom light didn’t work most of the time. Remote did not control tv. Asked for another room-no more and rooms. Was told they would refund my money they have not. I slept on top of two sheets and the stuff on the mattress came through the sheets. The staff was nice-no bed bugs-or roaches but other than that it was horrible!!! Would not recomend. Can’t believe this is part of wydam

Gave it three stars only because the fridge didn’t work. 2 body towels but not enough washcloths. No comforters, just 2 very thin sheets. However it was super affordable at only $95 dollars for my visit. I would do again if I had too but I would have to remember to bring washcloths and a blanket.

Absolutely terrible. Started off with the front desk lady arguing with me over my reservation that I already paid in full in advance Insisting she wanted/needed cash. She made up pay $10 just to use a bathroom upon arrival. I reserved 2 rooms with a king bed in each. One got one room with a king and the other was a full. Had zero privacy in my room due to the bathroom door not closing due to damage and clearing looking like it was kicked in. They were dirty and lots of things didn't work. I do not recommended staying here. We ended up leaving early so we didn't have to stay.

The property is exactly what you'd expect for what you pay. The walls are thin, so bring ear plugs to block noise. Staff was friendly, I felt safe, and it's a pretty lowkey area. Gas station nearby for food and drink. Fine stop if you're spending one night.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant to stay but now I'm glad I did. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Our room was clean and recently updated. We had hot showers. The place was quiet and the beds fairly comfortable. I will be staying there again.

My stay started off good. after awhile the manager started being bi polar, having a issue with me coming in to do my key card, even though the room was paid. Some days she was cool next day attitude. She had a issue with the young ladies running my card on file and even lied that she fired the young lady over running my card on file. They put me out over my id had expired.Note my id was expired for over two months. So not sure what her issue was with me. I paid my room daily and the ladies or her daughters ran my card or I paid online. Went to their Studio 6 and im loving it....As long as my room is paid I can come in whenever to do my key card and it has a kitchen. If you want a place for the night to party this is the place. I had to be moved repeatedly due to roaches in the rooms and they had a issue with bed bugs. Your not supposed to cook in the rooms or property but management has their picks they allow to do the following even grill on property. Best to pay online they pick and choose on prices. I was in the office one day and the guy in the office charged a elderly couple the nightly rate twice and said they charge per person. Never heard of that and didnt see that on their site when I booked.. Other than that I would have given a higher rating.

Definitely do not book based on the pictures of the rooms if you do you will be extremely disappointed looks nothing like advertised we booked a king for two people only one towel provided 3 half pillows for the bed cuss words written on the smoke detector paint splatter all over the floor from the absolutely horrible paint job was confused on where we were staying because all pictures and advertising in the room said Days INN ..... SPEND THE EXTRA TO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE ...
