「Honestly everything was great, I didn't ask but I am so glad they gave us adjoining rooms. They were patient with us, we were traveling with 2 rough and rowdy toddler boys. Loved their coffee machine they had, that we could use 24 hours.」

「I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best」

「I called the hotel, called EXPEDIA everyone to make sure breakfast was included in my rate as I added it. They said it was going to be included and nothing to worry about. Then going in to the breakfast area it is not great they tell you to go back and talk to the Front Desk as it is not included on your room. I decided to go in even I get charged and then decided to not take it next day. I really hope EXPEDIA fixes this soon because it is very uncomfortable when going with your family and then...

「The only reason for the 4 star review is that the shampoo in the shower was empty, and the shower itself was not pristine. It WAS clean, but the corners need some "love"」

「I came back to my room after being gone all day to find the bed stripped with no sheets on it and the dirty linen spread around the room had to go down to the front desk to get linen and the bed made. The bathroom was not serviced either. At check out I asked would the poor service be reflected on my bill, two days later I have heard nothing back」

「I stayed at this hotel for two nights during the World Cup. Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is nice, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. On the downside, the room had not been cleaned when I arrived, and there were no towels available. I had to go to the front desk to request them, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with friendly service, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to housekeeping.」
