"We loved our stay at the Crossroads. The rooms were beautiful. Nice fixtures and comfy bed. Best shower ever - seriously, the water pressure was amazing. The lobby was lovely and the service from everyone was generous and friendly. Loved the location. Easy to walk to places to eat and the streetcar/ I would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel had a very cool museum throughout the first two floors. It was extremely clean and the staff were all very courteous! I walked around by myself in the area for a few miles and it was safe. The theatre and convention center are an easy walk for broadway shows. And the highlight is the Savoy with some of the best food I’ve had in forever. It’s an upscale steakhouse with vegan options. Desserts that were crafted amazingly. Just really really good food! "Location and front desk staff are excellent. My room had plumbing issues two days out of my stay. Engineering took a while to respond both times. Room didn’t have drinking glasses or coffee creamer."

"All of the staff were amazing! We arrived early anticipatipating to just park and return later for check in… But our room was ready! Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining! I do think parking should be free as a hotel guest but it was $26 per vehicle - I met my son for Mothers Day weekend so had to $52 extra for us to park. "

"They were great about holding our belongings after check out and letting us valet early and stay after check out. Hotel is nice. Thermostat didn’t work well and it does smell musty, but it is an old building so that being considered overall was a great place to stay. "
