「Staff said expedia sent over a 2 bed and i reserved a king bed. Lady said i have a king with no windows was thr only thing she had aval. Which was weird and kinda creepy. Expedia called the staff and all tbe sudden the same lady shows up at the room she put us in with a king bed with a window an hour later. After an hour your settled. It was the lie and her attitude coming to the door that upset me with this lady. Not hey we got a room that came open sorry about that just knock knock heres your...

「Beautiful, quiet, close to activities, restaurants, and shopping! A perfect stay for a Spring Break getaway!」

「Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Didn't feel safe. Uber driver that dropped me off and picked me up (separate drivers) both said the hotel had a bad reputation in the area」

「The room was small. Felt claustrophobic. The lobby area was great!」

「We decided to stay another night at the last minute and it was such an easy transition. The front desk staff was so nice and helpful. We had to move rooms as the one we were staying in was booked already, but they had our new room ready to move our things to, before we even left the hotel for our activities.」

「Overall, my stay was ok. It was a staycation, which was a bit of an issue because the pool was closed and the food at the restaurant is obviously all frozen. Strange hair on bathroom sink.」

「My stay at Silver Heart was truly magical. The property is stunning and full of character, and everything was sparkling clean. I could not have felt any more welcomed and will absolutely stay there again if and when I'm in Kansas City area next time. 」

I was told that there should be a room for me tonight which would have been the second night the 24th I believe Tuesday to come to find out they were sold out if I knew this I would’ve made reservations last night that would be my main disappointment.
