This entire property seemed to be in massive disrepair. The entire place reeked of marijuana, the ceiling tiles down the hallways were missing chunks and wires were hanging out, all of the walls and doors had scuff marks and chunks missing out of them. The bathroom in our room had massive holes both in the wall, and in the shower, there was unidentified brown stains over the walls, dead flies on the floor, crumbs in the bed, water damage all over the floors and dried gum stuck to the floor. The continental breakfast was only comprised of cereal, toast and waffles - very disappointing. We were not impressed with our stay at all and won’t be staying again.

Room and building interior was clean and I have no complaints. Nothing fancy in the room, but everything worked as it was supposed to. Breakfast was below average. However, I was just traveling through, the price was very good and overall, it was a good value.

Several people sleeping in the parking lot with their vehicles running. Dirty rooms, elevator needs service felt like it was going to fall when using it. Dirty bedding. Place smelled like Indian food and weed.

As I entered the first night there were 4-5 people outside smoking weed just outside the front door. Other guest were smoking weed in the rooms. We were 2nd floor room 226. There were cigarette burns in the bedding, the flooring was peeling up creating a trip hazard. There were holes in the shower walls where grab handles used to be. Didn't feel safe to shower without stuffing the hole with a towel so you didn't feel like you were being watched. Had an additional room booked for my parents...they had to be moved three times due to a non functioning TV. The room they finally settled in had faded bulbs above the bathroom vanity, and exposed wiring/no face cover on the light switch. Breakfast would have been adequate except outside guests regularly pilfered the breakfast area leaving next to nothing to eat. (They took every biscuit from a fresh batch, every bowl, spoon and napkin. They took every apple, yogurt and piece of bread available.) I will never book a Wyndham property again. I tried to cancel my booking after the first night but the process to reach a person was exceedingly long...probably by design. Once I finally reached an individual we got disconnected.

I was expecting a room with 2 beds, but got one. The young man who checked us in was so great. He offered to switch the room, but we said it was okay as we had alread brought all our stuff there. Turned out, we should have. He had to come up and fix a tv that couldn't find a signal. Most uncomfortable mattress I have ever encountered. The vanity sick leaked and the room had walls that needed to be either repainted or cleaned. The location of the room in the building made it very noisy. It was on the side near the freeway. We have stayed here before and this was our only negative stay. Again the young man at the desk was courteous and helpful.

Well first off, the pictures on Expedia or the internet is NOT what it actually looks like. The beds are dented. Bugs on curtains. Rough walls. Odor. Staff was nice but gets offended if you tell them that the room isn’t to your liking. Has stain on sheets but claim they are clean. The bed looked slept in. I was originally assigned to 421 but they moved me to 425 and it was even worst so I complained and they sent me back to 421. The area looks dangerous. Please do not waste your money like I did here. They need remodeling and more budget for linen.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the hall we were on was very quiet. Was a little disappointed in the breakfast, but all in all great stay. Will stay again when we need to be that close to the Research Hospital.

When we first walked in, we had 4 very small pillows for 4 people. When I asked for 2 more, they said they would try to find more and brought us one. Around 10, the fire alarm went off and it was people on our floor smoking weed in their room, causing the alarm to go off. The room was not well maintained either. I know they are trying to update, but it was rough. Our toilet clogged and there was no water pressure in the sink. Our bedspread had some stains. We know it was a budget hotel, but the reviews were more positive than our experience. We would not stay here again.

Very dirty. Vinyl floors in bedroom peeling off. Dusty furniture. My mattress was severely stained with dark brown stains. Only 2 pillows on my bed. Lights flickering in the restroom. Overall, very uncomfortable with the condition in the room. I did not feel good even sleeping there but had no choice. Will never recommend or book with you guys again. The online pictures of the hotel look nothing like what it actually is in person. People blasting music, smoking, drinking, overall very uncomfortable and unsafe environment.
