"The suite we were given was on the ground floor not top as listed on their site. The room was ok at first glance. We had to clean all the soap scum and hair out of the tub to use it. The toilet screamed like a banshee every time you flushed it for 30-45 seconds. One of the beds was sounding like it was collapsing every time someone over 45 pounds laid on it. Wiped up a spot on the floor with a towel and it turned almost black with dirt, my kid took a shower and from the time he walked from the bathroom to the bed his feet were almost black. The bathroom in the main corridor didn’t get cleaned or restocked from Friday til we left on Sunday. Asked for towels three time Sunday starting at 7:30 am and they weren’t delivered when we left at 6pm Sunday. We were told we would be refunded for our last night due to all the issues and haven’t seen anything yet. Also on the other side of the fence there is a full homeless community"

"Great location. Clean hotel. But unfortunately there is a lack of help and honesty. We arrived at check in. Game day so as a hotel manager you would think they would be prepared. They had 1 poor girl checking in people. The line was so long it blocked the elevators about 70 ft away. They put a $100 dollar incidentals fee on your card. And tell you it will be re-imbursed at checkout. But what we got was $276 worth of bogus charges. I had pre-paid for the hotel so no additional charges were necessary. Upon calling i was forwarded to 3 different call centers before I got any help with the charges. When I called management and asked to speak to them only then was I told it was gonna be re-imbursed. Wonder how many old people they have swindled. My dad is 70 years old and this was a special trip I payed for to surprise him. We used his card for the incidental fee of $100 which is crazy and I guess they thought he was old and wouldn’t catch it. To bad because we did like the place. Its clean and close by to the ballpark. They only had 2 handicap parking spots so my dad and I had to park way off. He doesn't walk very good. The staff is nice. Breakfast wasn't to bad either. Unfortunately they try to rob the elderly. Travelers beware!"

"Stayed with family for two days. (Booked four days and canceled last 2 days) Breakfast was good, but the pool was closed during our stay. Most of the washing machines and dryers were not working, which was inconvenient. The parking areas had a lot of potholes, and no pillows were provided for the sofa bed."

"When you first get there, the property looks decent. However, the hallway had a terrible smell, and upon entering our room, the tile floors were sticky. We later noticed the bathroom was dirty and had mold and rust in the shower. The towels were dingy, looked like they had not been bleached ever. My family had three rooms reserved and my son’s room had an atrocious smell. He went to the front desk and reported it, they stated there was nothing they could do and he gave him some air freshener. He went again the second day because the smell still had not gone away and the front desk person again said there was nothing they could do. The second day of swimming, we asked for some pool towels and were told they didn’t have any. I would guess it’s okay if you can overlook the issues but would not book again."
