「It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.」

「Everything was fine until I went to leave the next morning. When I tried to take my shower, there was no water pressure in the shower, and no hot water. So no shower to start my day. I informed them on checkout, and there was another gentleman who also had the same issue. We were given points, which is great, but really doesn't do much to make up for having to go to work away from home without being able to take a shower and clean up for the day. 」

「a cup of coffee was 4.65. Complimentary coffee was not available.............drove to Quick Trip and spent 2.49. Hotel was ok but the 4.65 for Starbucks won't work for us.」

「Beautiful place, nice comfortable room, loved the back patio area. Staff was kind of rude. In fairness, the whole place was full of kids for some convention. Maybe they’d had a long day. Ha! We got checked in easy, had a comfortable night’s rest, and really loved the location. I’d stay here again. 」
