「The wifi was down the entire time. TV barely worked. Construction right outside our room. I was in town for a work trip and couldn't use my computer to work during the day.」

「Was in town for a sporting event. Great location and room was a good size and clean. Check in was an interesting experience. Very little interaction, very transactional and now clear guidelines given on how to find our room, and no information was provided regarding the breakfast facilities/times etc was given. Personally I find having an airpod in during a customer interaction a little unprofessional but I could just be old fashioned and used to the customer service of more recognized chains....

「Everything was fine until I went to leave the next morning. When I tried to take my shower, there was no water pressure in the shower, and no hot water. So no shower to start my day. I informed them on checkout, and there was another gentleman who also had the same issue. We were given points, which is great, but really doesn't do much to make up for having to go to work away from home without being able to take a shower and clean up for the day. 」

「Well there was cops on the neighboring abandoned a property also the cops were in the parking lot of the hotel that we are at there was screws in the windows of our room and I could tell others it was a further drive to what our original destination. It seemed like they were doing a stakeout for our hotel at any point in time the hallway floors were not clean neither was our room the room was decent but I would expect any type of a refund because of the inconvenience of where it was rated also...

The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.」

「The only thing we didn’t like was that there is no dresser to put clothes in. We think that is kind of strange since there is adequate room for a dresser. We love everything else about this hotel. We have stayed numerous times here and it’s always been wonderful.」
