St. Joseph looks like a very cool small city. I was impressed with the number of old, restored homes and that they have their own TV station(s?) despite being so close to Kansas City. I would like to come back when I have more time to explore.

In older part of town the restroom required an employee to permit use and felt pretty sketch. Newer part of town was great. Psychiatric museum was very interesting.

I have grown up visiting family in st. joseph. The town looks the same. I didn't see much, but the area around the hotel was newer with shooing options and felt clean and safe.

No opinion of St. Joseph really, was just stopping overnight. We did get caught in a a parade on the way out, seemed to be a lot going on! There was a band playing until about midnight, which on a Saturday night was fine.

"I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was pretty mediocre for such a large hotel. I like to have shopping and restaurants in walking distance, but there wasn't much that way. They have a cute little bar on-site that gives you a free drink with your stay. "
