This hotel is new, so the mud in the parking lot from surrounding projects was understandable with all the rain recently. The room was clean other than someone’s mouth tape stuck to the fitted sheet in which I feel like a housekeepers should have seen. But the breakfast, oh boy. It was only 9:30 and they were out of silverware, barely any food options, breakfast area was an absolute mess, no coffee, no creamer, no...

「This hotel was great! Affordable. Easy off the freeway. Very clean all around (lobby, room, bathroom). Friendly front desk staff. Personal ice maker in room fridge was nice. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided in shower. Very comfy beds and the best hotel pillows we’ve ever experienced. Parking was plentiful and easy. No breakfast so we hit Starbucks nearby. Absolutely recommend for a quick overnight passing through.」

「There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.」

「I checked in and checked out as soon as I saw the room. Stained bedding. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. No safety lock. Door was not secure. Holes in walls. Loose light fixtures. Too many things wrong to list.」
