Staff was very nice but rooms are run down, dirty, and I woke up with bug bites that led to severe allergic skin reaction...likely bed bugs per Doctor. I look like I have measles.

The overall stay was fine for the price point. Staff was friendly at check-in, the breakfast seemed pretty normal for a continental breakfast, no complaints there. The room was pretty clean, though you can tell there are areas that could be updated. Only con-the pool was closed so we had a very upset toddler who just wanted a swim. This wasn't mentioned on Expedia, otherwise we would have just stayed somewhere else.

Property is showing it's age and could've been cleaner. But friendly staff, good coffee (even late in the evening) in the lobby, decent breakfast, comfortable bed. Fine, but not great.

Breakfast terrible. Muffins hard(old). Eggs (when availabe) were nasty. Sausage not a trace of browning. Juice was colored water. Had to request housekeeping. Just overall not worth the money!

Great place to stay.

Yes!!! Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy were hot and delicious!!! The suite was very spacious. Bathroom floor was dirty- had long black hair in the corners. The tub didn’t drain very fast. It could use a few updates.

The propery uses stock photos for their examples. Our room had red stains on the carpet, crumbs on the couch and a used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain. We would not stay here again.

Requested refund before unloading luggage into room. Room was filthy. Bedspread had numerous nasty stains and room walls had obvious mold and water damage issues. Hair in bathtub and commode rim dirty. Pictures were taken as proof. I explained that my sister had just had heart surgery and lung issues and absolutely could not be exposed to these conditions. The health department should be alerted.

This use to be a nice place in the past so we came back and it’s dirty, mold in the bathroom, no hot water, coffee just out of the kitchen cold. The toilet tank took too long to fill to flush. Saggy hall carpets. Terrible and will never stay there again.

My family and I checked in quite late after a long day of traveling. The instant we checked into our room, there was an intense smell but we just let it go because we couldn’t identify what it was. We started setting up for the night when my son attempted to take the pull out couch out. Upon doing so, he asked what something was on the couch. Clear as day, the mattress on the couch had rust stains and a giant section of mold. We went down to the front desk and they gave us a new room, which we were very appreciative of. Unfortunately this room not only had mold on their pullout couch too, there was mold on the walls (it was not dirt) and on the window curtains. He attempted to put us in another room but again it was the same. We were told we would get a refund but it would be taken care of the next day when the manager was on property. There was no way we could stay on property with little children. Unfortunately, after going back and forth between Expedia and them, they are refusing to give us a refund. If you have little children, allergies, or sensitivity’s to mold, don’t stay here.

The girls at the front desk was very nice but not real good with the check in. After I got to my room she called me back down telling me my card, repeating the last 4 digits did not go through. First of all the last 4 numbers she repeated were not on that card or any card I have. And it did go through just fine I just think she failed to put it in properly. Like I said though, she was really nice.

They are terrible!!!

I paid through hotels.com for the room. When I got there, they took my card for the $100 incidentals and gave me the keys. Five minutes later, they called to let me know that the third party payment didn't get to them and they needed me to pay for the room. I called hotels.com while in the lobby and while waiting on hold, the person behind the desk called several other people to tell them their payments had declined, as well. THEN, they wouldn't cancel my reservation and now I have no onekey and no refund!

The property is in dire need of a deep cleaning/refurbish for all areas. The carpet throughout the facility is so dirty it is slick. Same goes for the furniture. The pool deck was very dirty, the paint in the pool is peeling, the water was not heated and there is no hot tub as advertised. They didn't have enough bath towels in the entire motel to give extra towels for our family of four OR supply towels for the pool. The lobby bathrooms were closed/locked with signs on them that stated "For Employee Use Only". So if your room bathroom was in use or you needed the bathroom at the pool you were just out of luck. The hotel staff were indignant and rude about the lobby bathroom closure and refused to open it for use. They did not tidy the room up daily, restock coffee or take the trash. I would absolutely NOT recommend this motel.

I had to go get my own towels. Breakfast biscuits were hard as hockey pucks and the gravy was cold and the cafe had only been open for 30 minutes.

The staff was nice and helpful. My only complaints would be the did not come into the room and pick up trash or change the towels, We were there 4 nights and not one day did they exchange towels. We also had to run down to the lobby for toilet paper.
