「The sheets on my sisters bed had a dried blood stain on it. When we told the woman at the front desk she basically accused my sister of lying. The valet brought my sisters car to us and we got in It reeked of pot. I was told a manager would call me regarding a refund for one of our two rooms. No one did. I called two other times when I got home and received no call back. I got Expedia involved. Then I called hotel again and finally got an assistant manager who was very polite and professional...

Rude staff (the curly brunette that repeatedly tried to enter my room inadvertently because of incorrect information from the front desk, impossible booking complications, and filthy floors as others have noted. Did I tell you they couldn’t even pull up my resi? I could go on. Reconsidering AC and even Expedia after this experience.」
