Very friendly staff and nice rooms! My only complaint was the parking. We paid for parking and when we came back from dinner there wasn't a single parking spot left. I don't understand how they can charge guests for more parking spots than they even have available? We were able to park after a staff member assisted us, but it was along the wall in the parking garage and not a designated parking spot.

The gym was small but had good equipment. The parking was an issue -charged to park but all the spots were filled - we asked about the parking and night staff was rude. They apparently have off site parking available on weekends that you have to walk from- but we were not informed at check in. But otherwise people were nice.

We were in town staying for a night and our girls were going to a concert at the Uptown Theatre. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Shout out to the security gentlemen as well who was smiling and guiding cars where they needing to be in the pouring rain. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no rooftop garden as advertised on Expedia. The pool is tiny, 12 person occupancy max. Parking on property costs additional. Otherwise, rooms are great, very clean and spacious. The breakfast was pretty good. I’d definitely stay here again but would look elsewhere if I desired a nice and larger pool area.

Breakfast r OK. More varity would be nice. And hours for breakfast extented to10am weekdays and ekends. Rooms r mostly clean. This stay I jept findung little specks of black and brown in the bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had to ask for sheets and pillows for the sofa bed and they brought them right away. The coffee maker was difficult to operate. The thermostat was difficult to regulate. There was very little space on the bathroom counter and the sink was tiny. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was difficult to enter and exit and the exit was onto a one-way street with a gate that closed right behind the vehicle, which made exiting the parking garage and turning onto the one-way street a challenge.
