InterContinental Kansas City at The Plaza by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful room with a small balcony and a view towards the west end of the plaza."
Red Lion Inn & Suites Kansas City
8/10 Good
"great place to stay kinda.... the staff easy to work with the noise issue we had while arriving to our room with a party going on in the hallway, doors slammin in and out and kids running the hallways. we just wanted to go to bed after a 5 hour road trip and had to be up at 5am and also while checkng in they sold our double bed room and had to set us up into two seperate single bed rooms. my room and no issues relaxing and getting a great nights sleep, now as for our other room close to the the issue we complained about they could NOT be moved and had to deal with the issues for a couple more hours before getting to sleep my midnight. breakfast was great for myself but for the rest of the party they just wanted to move on and NOT eat after not sleeping well and go somewhere else. understandable"

Fairfield Inn Kansas City Downtown/Union Hill by Marriott
10/10 Excellent
"Breakfast was wonderful. The location was wonderful. Did not like the bathtub or that the faucet moved when the shower shower plunger was raised."
Best Western Plus Kansas City Sports Complex Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Looks can be deceiving and when I first walked in I wasn’t sure…as there were a lot of people, it was a Saturday evening and many different conversations happening at the front desk all handled by one desk clerk. However, she managed well and attended to everyone easily and quickly. That was impressive. At breakfast we were asked if we were happy, fulfilled and feeling good! Again at check out we were asked how our stay was for us! Customer service is everything for us. Our bed was comfortable, there was plenty of parking, WiFi was good-we would stay again!"
