After checking in, the room had an odor and seemed more like a lower end motel that had a lobby. We wanted a refund after refusing to stay but they would not refund even after paying Expedia for this insurance.

The rooms were very small. Saw a mouse in the room. Breakfast was horrible. Hot breakfast inedible. Microwave oatmeal the only thing I trusted to eat. Will never stay there again at any price.

The staff was great and super helpful. Both of our rooms, however, were extrmemely musty and smelly. In one of the bathrooms, the drywall was pretty rotted, so much so that the baseboard was no longer sticking to it and the wall could be pushed in easily. Breakfast was decent. Because of the smell, though, we will not be staying again.
