「Staff was very kind. Only game in town as far as a hotel and was close to where I had to be. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Hair in the tub and we found an earring on the floor. Dirt wash rag hanging from shower rod.」

「We've stayed at The Elms a few times over the years and it never disappoints. Beautiful historic property. The grounds are pretty. The rooms are comfortable. Spa services are fantastic. Staff is helpful. Eat off property though and explore the town. Service in the restaurants has not been great for awhile.」

「Our family stayed two nights here. The entire hotel set up is horrible. No elevators either. It's a maze to get around anywhere. Pool was fine but needed some TLC. Breakfast was better than most. The laundry facilities were all broken down. Rooms were just ok. If you stay here. Ask for a first floor close to the front desk or else you will end up the furthest away and have to walk quite a bit to get to the lobby breakfast or the pool. They lock the room where the tables and chairs are so you...

「The waterpark was great as we were on an unexpected road trip and our 7 year old had a lot of energy to get out. The room was clean, but the TV had been left on because there was no remote and it took 3 different remotes and eventually finding buttons on the tv to turn it off. Also, the second curtain that covers the rest of the window was missing so we woke up earlier than planned with the sun shining through. Neither of those issues would stop us from staying here again.」

「We loved the hotel overall. The fridge in the first room did not work and we had already begun to unpack when we called and hoped to have it replaced. Front desk said we could move rooms but could not get maintenance or a new fridge so we had to pack up for 6 people and move. Other than that stay was great we loved the beds, the space, pool, breakfast, everything !」
