「No coffee make as the room details state. Room was dirty, I had to get Clorox wipes to go over bathroom floor before I would use it. 」

「Parking was well lit, police station was close by not that we needed it. Clean area and hotel. Staff was nice. Close to restaurants and the freeway. Room was clean goid amenities. Will stay again when we go by. Pets allowed too.」

「On arrival, this Indian lady who was seated with another Indian man was terrible, she spoke to us like she owns the whole world. We asked her to show us just the entrance that goes to our rooms but it looks like she was pinned on her chair, only to walk around we met other people outside who were lost looking for their rooms.We were all wandering like headless chicken in felt like we were gonna stay there for free. Finally after getting the rooms, pests were wandering around the rooms , my bed...

「Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly...

「The bar that held the shower curtain was loose from the wall and it made tough for the curtain to stay shut while in the shower. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.」

「Room was not clean, dressers were old and scratched up. Floor was dirty, mattress was old and nasty, with part of the metal pieces exposed. Pool was closed during the day when we arrived, the next morning before check out we entered and left immediately due to water in hot tub being cloudy and slimy. Pool was almost as bad. 」

「The staff was fantastic. It was very clean. They are under heavy renovation that should be done about April. They are doing a fantastic job of keeping it clean and quiet while working, but several things are closed like breakfast, pool, office and fitness room, etc. Honestly, I was surprised at how clean and quiet it was with so much work they're doing. Well done.」
