「The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! 」

「The breakfast was $1.00 cookies from Walmart, and had a problem with having a pet, even though we said pet on the reservation, the room was clean but no elevator to unstairs and we had wanted a handicapped room for my husband, my husband said we will not stay there ever again.」

「The room was not ready. I checked in and received a key and went to my room - to find housekeeping and an open door. (The cleaner told me the man who checked me in thought a traveling nurse made the reservation and I didn’t look like one, he gave me a different room.
