「This ranked as one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. It was late, the hotel was full, so no moving to another room. We had a few bugs to kill, wet to musty rugs, dirty towels, a frig freezer that couldn't make freeze water bottles, and a A/C unit that wouldn’t change temps. We slept, cleaned ourselves in the morning and ran. We skipped the free breakfast. It may have been fine, but just didn’t trust it. The people there seemed nice, they wanted to help, but just didn’t know how. I...

「The bedding and bathroom were clean. However the room had a mildew and cat urine smell that wasn’t very pleasant and the door had to be pushed very hard to close and the deadbolt didn’t work (had to use the additional latch). Breakfast was typical/ sufficient.」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

Carpets were dirty and kept our shoes on the entire time while in the room. We were too tired from traveling to go elsewhere. Appreciated the hospitality but wouldn’t stay here again!」
