「We had visited this property at Christmas time in 2018 and had such a warm lovely experience. It was different this time. I was told new management came in 2020. There are still Christmas trees and dusty wrapped presents on the upper landing. I did enjoy the lemon water and the breakfast was ok. It was just a different, more impersonal experience this time.」

I do know the other two in this town are no good won't give details you really don't want to hear them.
