「The room was clean and quiet, which we really appreciated after a long day of traveling. The staff was very kind and friendly and made us feel welcome. The only small issue was that the laundry machine was not working at the moment, but otherwise everything was great. We had a pleasant stay. 😊」

They are doing a fantastic job of keeping it clean and quiet while working, but several things are closed like breakfast, pool, office and fitness room, etc. Honestly, I was surprised at how clean and quiet it was with so much work they're doing. 「We chose this specific hotel for the pool. When we arrived the staff told us it was out of order. This was a more expensive hotel, Im sure because the up keep of the pool. It was never communicated when I booked that the pool was out of order. When we arrived there were dark shoes prints on the floor. Also, the toilet had blood under the lid and pubic hair and urine surrounding the base of the toilet.」

「We stayed a week in the Cosmo suite with a toddler. Great room even with the balcony closed. Excellent view. Breakfast and coffee options could improve. They don't match the experience of everything else. Bar and staff are both excellent. Thank you to the staff for a great experience! 」
