「None of these would keep me from staying here again - loved this place!!! But it would be nice if the refrigerator also had a little freezer to have ice packs frozen for cooler. A microwave would have been nice to reheat leftovers.」

「There was an a/c issue in the room on a very hot day. I reported it and asked if I could move rooms. Unfortunately, the property was fully booked. However, a couple of hours later, the gentleman from the front desk knocked on my door while on the phone with his GM. The GM was able to walk him through how to properly reset the a/c unit and get it fully functional. The stay got off to a very rough start, but all was corrected and made right. Very appreciative.」

The manager reached out to me, I informered her of what had occurred and she immediately fixed the issue. I did not even realize until 2 days later that she completely comped my extra night.
