「The staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, which was the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was very disappointing. The room had a strong odor that smelled like dog urine, making it feel unclean from the moment we walked in. The shower had very little water pressure, which made it difficult to enjoy. 「Our room —as we entered, the security lock was on the floor broke in half with the screws in tack! So our 3 night stay had NO SECURITY LOCK! In the tub/shower; the safety bar was broken & 1/2 off ! Our bed had a used cleaning rag in between the sheets. NO MAID service unless requested. We had to take our trash & dirty towels to get clean ones. The breakfast area was dirty all 3 mornings—NEVER was a table wiped clean & ALWAYS a nasty mess on the food counter area.」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「I really was shocked by all that was included in my stay. I would say the only complaint would be the pool was not that clean (green and hazy in color/clarity) but there were a lot of kids in it all weekend. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Would stay again.」
