「Overall, our stay was fine. The property is in desperate need of a refresh. Everything is quite outdated; the bathroom needs support, etc. However, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic. It is just time for a refresh!」

「The decor was pretty stark: no carpet, the room had little furniture, the TV was maybe a 32” unit. AC worked very well and the bed was comfortable but the sheets looked like it was ( I hope!) stained and there were only two pillows. The floor of the shower was kind of sketchy. Towels were clean, water was hot. For the money, it was okay.」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. They refused to work with me or help even given the circumstances. They charged me for the full 2 nights. They wouldn’t even give me a cancellation fee. I found them rude and uncaring.」

「The property was neat and clean. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good and better than most at other motel chains where we have stayed. There was a burned out bulb in a lamp, the digital readout on the clock was not functioning properly, and a window shade would not go up or down properly. These are small things that should have been caught by the housekeeping staff and corrected prior to us occupying the room. However, overall experience was very good and we would stay at the...
