「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. 「The room was clean. It was however stale smelling and when i first turned on ac it had a musty smell. The beds were not comfy and the pillows were the same as beds. The room next to us had people who were cooking food ( we could hear them in there making it. It wasnt a microwave) in there and it made the hallway smell as they had their door cracked open.」
