The room was NOT in good condition nor was the condition of air quality. Smoke detector missing just wires hanging from the ceiling. Toilet in need of repair you could hear the toilet repeatedly filling. The staff was good. I just wanted a place to sleep so I didn’t complain to the staff.

Room could have been cleaner, breakfast was a joke. Morning lady was rude and not helpful, too busy talking to a guy that was a local about drama. Evening guy was nice and switched us to a non-smoking room when i accidentally booked smoking and after my stay the hotel did refund me through Expedia for me accidently booking the wrong weekend when they have a no refund policy.

Woodland atmospher

The Hotel is surrounded by Woods. Very Nice in the eveneing to hear the outdour life. Hotel Looked like it was under renovation,some construction and maintenance. but they kept it out of the way of the guests. Staff was very friendly and Courteous, had a Nice Recliner in the bedroom. Clean room. Close to down town Boonville, and tourist attractions.

We got there late but nice comfortable beds waiting on us. Front desk attendants were very pleasant. Housekeeping was very pleasant even when I asked them for things. The only down side was they were working on the pool. The kids enjoyed their stay. That's the main thing.

By far the most disgusting place I've ever been to. Avoid this joke of a business at all costs... Place looked like a trap house, and smelled horrible inside. Trash everywhere, dirty rooms, the bed looked like someone had already slept in it. Pool looked like it had been abandoned years ago but still half full of swamp water... Staff was nice enough though ....

Good for a quick trip

This hotel was good for a quick trip, it is very outdated but I do believe they are in the process of remodeling, the only thing I cared about that it was clean and in a good area and it did provide both of those. They were very nice at the front desk, not sure about the breakfast we left very early. Oh and the pool and hot tub are not in working condition, but again I think they are working on things.

We arrived late and the desk clerk was in a discussion with a person about a problem with her room she wanted maintenance but there was no one there but. The night clerk but she wasn’t satisfied with that. Finally got to our room it was clean except could have been better dusted, I’m 6-6 and can see the dust on top of everything,we liked the hard floor we don’t like carpet in a hotel room and a nice room for the money will stay again if needed

When we first got there, we noticed that the pool and hot tub is out of service, as well as the slots. Found out it has been out of service for years. Was our main reason we wanted to go there. Relax in hot tub. The guy at front deskwas more worried about his phone. Had to get his attention both times I that I had to deal with front desk. First room we had, no heat and dirty. The second room was dirty. Had dirt stains on my sheet and pillows. My friend bed had dirt stains as well. It was like cleaning service threw the stuff on the floor while cleaning. The lady at front desk in the AM was crabby as well. This place is good for a quick nap, and then be on your way. The pictures showing off this place is so out dated. Trashy and will not be going back.
