The staff friendly and the loby was clean and well decorated. When we got to our room it was NOTHING like the pictures which upon further review look like they had been doctored by AI. The floors were vinyl which is great but the were sticky, the door was rusty and looked like it had been kicked in. I am 5'4 and the shower head was level with my fore head. But the worst part was after we inspected the bed for bed bugs (as we do at every hotel) and found none we sttled into bed only for bed bugs to come out of the lamp! We immediately grabbed our things and went to the desk. Apparently they are under the impression that they cant have bed bugs if they have mattress covers. So stay at your own risk. Also, the poolis not heated the hot tub is broke and the images on line dont match up to their pool room nor do the rest of the pictures online line up the the rest of this hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel so gross. I will say that I think the kids running it are doing the best they can who ever is incharge is failing. I wish I could post pics on here for you to see the abolsolutely disgusting conditions.

The door to our room had a hole in the bottom large enough for a mouse to crawl in. The sink had no stopper to hold the water. The bathtub water didn’t drain properly and we never could get hot water in the bathtub. The table lamp by the desk had no light bulbs in it. The floor was gritty like it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

When we arrived, albeit late, there was nobody at the desk. I called out-got no answer. I filled out the online form, after I had waited for at least 15 minutes, finally called the phone number. A woman came out then to answer the phone. She needed all my info that I had filled out online (name/address/phone/cc#/car, etc.) In the room, the bed was comfortable. The toilet was making so much noise after flushing, we had to turn the water off. No plug on the cord of the bedside lamp. Easy chair was old and sweat-stained. Shower was just ok. Breakfast was meager. No fruit, no yogurt, no hot food, no waffles. Outside doors had chipped, faded paint, broken window taped over. Very disappointing.

Had a great night. Very quite inside of the hotel. You can hear the OCCASIONAL Jake brakes from the highway but it ain't that bad. Great experience will Def come back if I'm around here again

Liked the price and location. My travel time put me in their location. Didn't like the condition of the property: door didn't fit right; pluming cracked or missing sink stopper; TP almost out; bedding appeared to be clean but old - later found a dead insect in the bed (not a bedbug) This old Inn has seen better days.

The staff was nice, the property is OLD. Very Old the toilets look super old everything looks very used and old. They had only Cereal and Mufffins for breakfast, pancake machine was broken. No fruits. Just plain Cinnabuns/muffins/cereal.

There are a lot of nice things about the hotel. The front room is nice, much of the furniture is nice. The outside doors require close attention to be sure they actually close, and the nice granite tables are in serious disrepair. One nightstand in my room wasn't attached to the granite slab wobbling on top. The desk is two sides, held together by the granite, but the legs on each side are separating from the top. You can rotate it 25 degrees from lock to lock, without moving it. Front desk is about as personable as a tree stump, but was kind when she did speak and handled business in a respectable and timely manner. They allege they are currently renovating. As of 3-17-25, i can't see any work being done. I think they're getting ready to start. Excited to see the results! It will help a great deal.

Clean Room

We had a perfectly nice room. Clean enough. Not a bad breakfast. Lacking fruit, but I get it. Fruit creates a lot of waste. Waste equals higher prices, and these rooms were very affordable. I’d prefer affordable, and skip some things. No coffeemaker in the room, but again. I really appreciate the price, so that was just fine with me. My girls absolutely loved being there, and begged to stay longer. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

There is no elevator to the nonsmoking room. It was a challenge for my travelling companion. The door to the room did not fit well and scraped loudly when opened or closed. There was no hot water at the sink. There was no coffee maker in the room. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were few options for breakfast.

For the price range it was acceptable. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Room was a little dated but ok. Rooms Need some updating. Bathroom was not exceptionally clean, hair all over the floor & tub area. Some of the ceiling in the shower was coming down. But my disappointment after an 11-hour car ride was the pool & hot tub. they both need some resurfacing & the hot tub was Hot, but no way to turn the jets on & was stained, small & dated? I would still use this facility again for cost, it was not awful, just Ok.

I like the hotel just fine. It was older, but it was just what I needed for the night. The bed looked like it had been slept in, but it was clean. Breakfast was breakfast nothing fancy. As a pancake machine so you can watch your breakfast be cooked. There was a good Mexican restaurant around the corner. What I didn’t like was the desk clerk rolling her eyes at me when I said I had to service dogs. Staff would buff up on ADA laws. It’s everywhere not just here. And I get it because of the emotional support dogs. They are pets and there is a difference. But not everybody’s trying to hustle them.
