My room was clean. But the toilet wouldn’t flush and when I called down to the front desk they said they had a plunger I could come get. They also suggested we could switch rooms but we were already settled other than that the room was clean and a good price they are still under construction so some parts where closed off plus they offer free breakfast in the morning you can’t really beat that. Overall it was a good stay.

This is an older hotel that is being renovated. All the inside areas that are open are new and clean. The outside looks like there is work being done inside, but not outside yet. The location is tricky to get to and in a sort of industrial area. Well lighted parking. Next to the interstate but we heard no traffic noise inside our room. We did hear the trains that are nearby. We would stay here again. Breakfast was tasty.

Was a decent hotel room inside , could be cleaner though. The outside of the hotel seemed very sketchy. I would recommend double checking the outside area of this hotel before booking. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The first guy I encountered seemed to be annoyed, the room I booked on here reflected a different room on his end and he wasn’t very helpful in getting the issue fixed. I was a little nervous to have my car outside of this place but ultimately did not have any issues.

Parking was secure. They had a night security which made us feel safe. Rooms were clean but halls had weird smell. Check in staff was nice but really strong odor in lobby. Checkout staff was horrible. The lady seemed out of it and went on break while the line for checkout was growing. Came back with pants berly on and looked unprofessional and untidy. It was a good price but would not return.

The room was clean but not what we were expecting from the pictures it showed. The area was a little sketchy. Didn’t feel as safe as we have been at other hotel locations in the Kansas City area. The good thing about the property is that we had a room booked there for 3 nights, but had a death in the family, so needed to cancel a couple of those nights. I had gone through a 3rd party company, and they wouldn’t let me cancel. I got a hold of the property and asked to cancel two of the 3 nights. They refunded the whole amount and I rebooked for the one night that I needed.

The staff and the breakfast were great. The rooms were fine for us, but we don't have super high standards we just need a place to sleep and shower in between volleyball game days. They are definitely trying to improve things, unfortunately that means half of the place is torn up right now. The property is back at the end of a dead end in what looks like it could be a sketchy neighborhood however security hangs out in a vehicle in the parking lot all night so that does make one feel better. All in all not bad, although a little steeply priced in my opinion for what it is.

I didn’t like that there was construction going on, on the property itself. But that being said, the completed part of the property was really nice. I visited during the early spring so the pool was closed. But it looked really nice. No chairs to sit around it though. Now, for the bad news! I’ll say this the staff was polite and all but, the first room they gave me already had someone in it. Luckily, they weren’t in the room at the time cause that would’ve been a situation I wouldn’t know how to settle down!!!
