"It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. It’s beautiful inside and out. It’s very affordable (I booked with hotels.com) so not sure if that makes to much of a difference. I will definitely be back when I have to come back to St. Joe!"

"The staff was excellent our only negative occurred when a previous guest broke a bottle in the outdoor swimming pool, thus the pool was closed during our stay. Swimming in the outdoor pool was one of the reasons why we chose to stay at the Elms. "

"Our room was clean and everything worked, with the exception of no hot water, just warm. I'm usually so happy to see protein on the breakfast menu, but the sausage links were too overcooked to ear, and I literally spit out eggshells in the eggs!! Also, they don't keep food refilled! By 8 a.m. they were out of eggs and waffles!! That's NOT ok when you advertise breakfast from 6-9 a.m.!! We were very disappointed!"
