「I booked 2 rooms. 1 had a musty odor, which im the only one it bothered, and the other smelled fabulous, so i got that one 😁 outside of that everything was perfect. 「Throughout the whole stay every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our first encounter was with Elise at the front desk. She was friendly and so helpful when we asked about local places to eat while we were in KC. Even a minor sink issue was handled efficiently. This was a great stay experience!
