"I have stayed at this location many times now and feel strongly that it is the best "bang for your buck". Although there is limited staff, they are always courteous and helpful, the rooms and amenities are clean, and the free breakfast bar is well stocked and has good choices. And the location is PERFECT for things to do, places to eat, and proximity to everything within 10 minutes (convention center, Sprint Center, theatres, Crown Center, Plaza, Westport, Brookside, etc)"

"The staff here is fantastic- from front desk to maintenance. There were some very difficult guests during our stay and the hotel handled their many demands and rudeness extremely well. Because many people were there for the same event there was an for each morning when breakfast was overcrowded and ran out of eggs, coffee, and water. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and has a great view of the city. There area is safe and very close to the city’s free streetcar which we rode to every stop and at all hours without incident (runs 6 am to midnight)- no need to rent a car/ pay for parking and the hotel is in a great location- very easy to ride to Crown Center, Power and Light, museums, plaza shopping, or walk to the convention center. Rooms have kitchens and Walmart and Whole Foods (Amazon) both deliver to the hotel. Highly recommend staying here. "
